Keith Deyo - Director of Infantry Built

Keith has utilized his experience as an Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to develop performance training programs for athletes at every level. As a multi-sport collegiate athlete, he has developed skills to teach athletes how to manage their time and stay motivated while balancing school, sports, training and family commitments.

He specializes in program design for the individual scholastic and elite athlete, as well as teams, groups and youth organizations that wish to improve overall performance.
